Lesson 14 - Ordering Food in a Restaurant

Hello everyone!

Long time no see.  Hisashiburi.

Everyone loves food and drink, and when we travel the world, we enjoy eating out.  However, sometimes ordering a meal at a restaurant can be a bit tricky, especially in a foreign country.  Let’s practice today how to order food at a restaurant so that we can enjoy eating out when we travel.  The only downside to this lesson is that we will all get hungry ๐Ÿ˜‚  Talking and thinking about food will surely stimulate our appetites! ๐Ÿ˜‹

eat out: to eat at a restaurant

a bit tricky: a little difficult

     downside: negative thing

stimulate: increase, make us feel stronger about something

     appetite: our desire to eat

Eating out with friends is fun, but ordering the food you really want can be a bit tricky.
